Not threads about what AI might do someday. Actual production systems that run businesses, book appointments, optimize ad spend, and generate revenue while I'm doing something else.
Right now I'm running marketing for 20+ cash-based pain clinics across the US. An AI agent I built texts every new lead within 60 seconds, has a real conversation, and books phone consults automatically. An ad optimizer manages thousands in weekly ad spend across all of them. A creative testing system finds winning ads at one clinic and deploys them everywhere.
The whole thing costs less than a dollar a day in AI.
On the side, I run a digital product subscription called Ink & Meadow. AI powers the product, handles support, and fulfills orders automatically. The whole thing runs itself.
And because I believe life should be more than optimizing dashboards, I'm also building a mech roguelite video game.
The common thread: I use technology to build leverage, so I can spend my time on things that are interesting instead of things that are urgent.
Operating Principles
10 rules I run on.
Leverage beats effort
Build once. Sell repeatedly. Let systems do the work.
Solve valuable, narrow problems
Small audience. High pain. Clear outcomes.
Enough > more
Optimize for sufficiency, not endless growth.
Independence over scale
Fewer clients. Higher trust. More control.
Taste over tactics
Good judgment beats the newest hack.
Proof over promises
Results, case studies, lived experience.
Simplicity compounds
Fewer tools, fewer offers, fewer decisions = faster progress.
Iterate, don't overplan
Ship, learn, refine, repeat.
Build assets, not obligations
Content, systems, IP, products > meetings and busywork.
Long-term games with long-term people
Alignment and trust above all.
About This Site
Why this exists.
This is where I document the journey. What I'm building, what's working, what I've learned, and how I think about designing a life on your own terms.
I don't believe you need to grind yourself into the ground to build something meaningful. You don't have to sacrifice your health, relationships, or sanity.
I believe in building smart systems, staying lean, and letting compounding do the work.
If that resonates, follow along.
